UNITED METHODIST WOMEN

OUR PURPOSE!

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as while persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship: and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

PROGRAMS AND MEETINGS

Our unit meets on the third Tuesday of most months at 7:30 p.m. Our meetings include spiritual growth, interesting programs and a business meeting ending around 9:00 p.m. You do not have to be a member of our church to belong to United Methodist Women.

UNITED METHODIST WOMEN

United Methodist Women (that's all of you), will come together on Tuesday, February 21 at 7:30 for an evening of inspiration, laughter, business and education. We will be led in devotions by Judy Spencer. Judy always gives us something to think about, we pray for each other and she has cards for us to sign for the missionaries serving the Lord. Then, Rev. Wallick will speak with us on the topic Reading the Bible for Spiritual Growth as we prepare ourselves for Lent. Caroline will walk us through the business at hand, and we always end the evening with food and fellowship. Hope you will come. Also, watch for our new UMW page in the March newsletter.
